WILDMAN is not stingy with the paint, or combinations of plaster or cold wax. He deliberately swaths oil paint or mixed media on canvas or wood panels with a large brush or palette knife. Slowly yet deliberate layers evolve. His next move usually involves a squeegee, or stick pulled from his shop floor which pulls and smears the color across the surface. He adds marks or line and works until he creates a work that is art "of balance, of purity, and serenity".
