SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship worldwide. If you are based in another country, please contact us at Jim@jwildman.com for a custom quote.

Large paintings require a bespoke packing and shipping cost depending on your chosen method of delivery and where you are in the world. Please send me an email so we can discuss the options, or if you want to secure this painting, you can pay for it now and we can add shipping costs later. If you are near Charlotte, NC I will personally deliver it to you.

Art will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. You will be notified via email with a tracking number when your piece ships. As each print is custom-made and signed by the artist, it will ship directly from the artist's atelier after 14 business days.

Free shipping for print’s orders over $100! Rolled and packaged in a tube for delivery. Protected with biodegradable, conservation grade glassine for the journey.
Open gently with freshly cleaned and dry hands. Frame behind glass for longevity and display in a room free from moisture.

Frame not included. Ask your framer for museum quality non-reflective glass for the best presentation

SHIPPING AND PICK-UP
The shipping carriers that we currently work with ship within the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska in addition to over 120 countries and territories worldwide. However, cost and timing will depend on the location. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a delay in shipment or by the acts or omissions of our shipping carriers, including packing, handling or shipping. Please note that we are not able to ship products to certain destinations, including any country that is currently subject to a U.S. embargo, sanction or other export controls.
Alternately, at check-out, you will be given the option to pick-up your purchase at our 19th Street gallery in New York. If you select ‘Pick up,’ our Online Sales team will reach out to you to schedule a date and time to collect your Artwork at our 7730 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216 location. Please bring your email confirmation as verification of your purchase. (Please note: Artworks can only be picked up at this gallery location currently).

Unless otherwise agreed by Company in writing, all sold property must be removed from our premises by you at your expense no later than thirty calendar days following its sale. Artworks which have not been collected after thirty days may incur a storage fee.

Once an Artwork leaves the gallery, all risk of loss passes to you, we are unable to control its safety and as such, it is not under our insurance coverage. To help ensure the protection of your Artwork, we encourage you to purchase shipping insurance and file a claim under your policy in the event of any damage to Artwork during transit. If damage occurs during shipping, you can then file a claim directly with your insurer. Please note that standard courier insurance is limited and generally unsuitable for art.
