Return Policy
Jim Wildman Art returned policy is a Guarantee. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer one-stop shopping for all art collectors looking for the next great wall decor. We have a 14 day very forgiving return policy and offer or returns and do not to force people to live with art they don’t want.
Returns and Refunds
Jim Wildman Art reserves the right to accept or cancel your order at any time. In the event of a cancellation prior to the artwork being received by You and where the payment has been received by the Jim Wildman Art, we shall refund the money paid by You using the same mode of payment that was used by You for ordering the artwork on the Website.

You may also place a request at jim@jwildman.com to cancel the ordered artwork if You are not satisfied with the purchase of the artwork from the Website; provided that such cancellation can only take place within fourteen (14) days from the date the artwork was delivered to Your order destination. Any attempt to return the artwork thereafter shall not be entertained by Jim Wildman Art.
Further, all returns shall only be accepted by the Jim Wildman Art if (a) the artwork and frame are returned in the original condition, without any damage whatsoever it was received, (b) Any bills and labels or return forms are retained on the artwork, if any, (c) the certificate of authenticity is returned in its original and unmodified form along with the returned artwork. In the event that any one or more of the aforementioned criteria are not met, Jim Wildman Art reserves the right to reject the cancellation request and to retain the payment towards the artwork.
Upon receipt of the returned artwork, Jim Wildman Art shall have, in its sole discretion, the right to decide whether the artwork is eligible for return/refund based upon the above noted return conditions. If Jim Wildman Art determines that a refund may be processed, it will refund the money paid by You using the same mode of payment that was used by You for ordering the artwork on the Website.
If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honor a 14 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If color calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate. Our quality control and sanitary standards are quite strict and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
